Section 01

Definitions

Cymlessmeans Cymless (Pty) Ltd.
Usermeans any person using the Services.
Sendermeans a person initiating a money transfer.
Recipientmeans a person receiving funds.
Agentmeans an approved Cymless cash-out partner.
Walletmeans the Cymless electronic value account.
Section 02

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old, possess valid identification, provide accurate information, and complete KYC verification.

Section 03

Nature of Service

Cymless enables aggregation of eligible money transfers, withdrawals, bank transfers, merchant payments, and purchase of approved products and services.

Section 04

Registration and Verification

Users must provide accurate information and consent to identity verification, sanctions screening, and fraud checks.

Section 05

Customer Due Diligence

Cymless may request additional information and monitor transactions to comply with AML/CFT obligations.

Section 06

Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting login credentials and reporting unauthorized access.

Section 07

Money Transfer Aggregation

Aggregation is subject to regulatory limits, fraud controls, and participating provider rules.

Section 08

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be made through approved agents, retailers, and bank accounts, subject to verification and limits.

Fees

Applicable fees will be disclosed before transactions are completed.

Transaction Monitoring

Cymless may monitor, delay, block, or investigate suspicious transactions.

Section 12

Regulatory Reporting

Information may be disclosed to regulators, law enforcement, sponsor banks, and the Financial Intelligence Centre when legally required.

Intellectual Property

All Cymless trademarks, software, and content remain the property of Cymless.

Section 14

Service Availability

Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or circumstances beyond Cymless' control.

Section 15

Limitation of Liability

Important: Cymless' liability is limited to the value of the affected transaction unless otherwise required by law.
Section 16

Indemnity

Users indemnify Cymless against claims arising from breaches of these Terms or unlawful conduct.

Section 17

Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, fraud, or regulatory reasons.

Section 18

Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with POPIA and the Cymless Privacy Policy.

Complaints may be submitted to support@cymless.com.

Section 20

Force Majeure

Cymless is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Amendments

Cymless may amend these Terms from time to time.
